Download your estimate

After finalizations are complete and your invoice has been paid, you will receive a link via email to download your estimate (both ESX/PDF format).

Turnaround Time

Estimates are processed within 72 hours (3 business days). Estimates received after 7:00 pm EST are processed the next business day.

How it works

Are processing fees refundable?

Processing Fees are non-refundable however can be applied as credit towards any future services with Advantange Estimators, LLC.
Would you work with an existing file created by a third-party service, ie: independant adjuster?"

Absolutely. We will still comb through line items to maximize on claims. However, Advantage Estimators, LLC is not liable for any errors originating from existing files.
How do I receive my estimate?

Finalized estimates are sent via email after 48 hours (2 business days) upon receipt. Documents are sent in ESK and PDF file formats.
What is Xactimate? Does Advantage Estimators use other software?

Xactimate is a software solution used to write accurate and clear claims for insurance repairs. You can learn more about Xactimate by clicking here. We currrently provide support utilizing Xactimate software only. Check back soon as we continue to add more solutions to our list.
